By listening to how each of these greats plays their instruments and sings, you'll pick up the rhythm much faster.Because jazz guitar is a bit different practising the notes regularly will help.Start with a C note. This should be done with a repeated strum whilst the fingering hand is playing a chromatic scale. For a more jazz like feel, the E flat is added reaching whats called the "blue scale". Learning how to play jazz guitar will take some time. The important thing to make it successful is being able to hear each part of the songs rhythm and tune. If a guitarist is serious about learning jazz guitar he must devote a lot of time and effort learning this amazing genre of music on guitar.Jazz has since died a lot in recent years and it makes us jazz musicians wonder where it went and wether or not with the invention of new music wether or not jazz will be in the mainstream again.We can only hope, but there are still many loyal followers all arpund the world today still keeping the jazz alive.
